YOUR MISSION
We are looking for new colleagues to join our team in Timisoara or in home office! The open position is for a Bid Manager - German Speaker, in the internal sales department.
Your tasks
Analysis and selection of tenders in terms of contract design, time frame, economic and technical feasibility
Initial setup and continuous management of our internal personnel profiles
Processing tenders for software development, consulting and support in public administration
Selection, processing and optimised presentation of our references and personnel profiles
Coordination and bundling of all preparatory work
Consolidation of the partial results and compilation of the final tender documents
Continuous process and quality improvement in the bid management team
THIS IS IMPORTANT TO US
Completed studies or training with relevant professional experience in the IT industry
Business fluent in spoken and written German
Skill and enthusiasm for creating texts
Good knowledge of project coordination
High affinity for the IT services industry
Independent working style, initiative and acceptance of responsibility
Working hours: full-time or part-time (80-100%)
