YOUR MISSION
As Finance Specialist with German (part time / full time), you ensure accurate financial reporting, analyse data, and support decision-making with clear insights. You optimize processes, collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, and strengthen efficiency and transparency within our finance function.
Your tasks:
Preparing and analysing financial statements, managing cash flows;
Preparation of financial statements: balances/processed payments/unpaid invoices.
Records of clients/suppliers' documents;
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed and look for areas of improvement;
Plan, organize, control, and assist in the operation of the accounting and finance functions;
Support the preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly;
Issuing invoices, calculating profitability;
Drawing up financial analysis reports, budgets, and reports to management and shareholders;
Ensuring that the right policies, procedures, and controls are in place and followed for timely and correct financial reporting;
Review and analysis of the Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet;
Provide business insights, analysis, and support to the Financial Controller as required;
Involved in the accounting for acquisitions and liquidations;
Involved in the preparation of the annual statutory financial statement’s entities in line with filing deadlines;
Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies, creation of end-user materials;
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation;
Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives;
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners in both
Checks with suppliers/final balance customers;
Issuing travel orders and returns;
THIS IS IMPORTANT TO US
Full professional proficiency in German;
Full professional proficiency in English;
Professional skills: relevant experience in financial area;
IT Skills: Strong experience in working with Excel and large databases;
International business exposure, working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders;
Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
Professional approach to work and positive attitude;
Position level: 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Education: University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
